Get your net worth to the moon!  First, play rock-paper-scissors to decide who goes first, then grow your money stack by picking up the best cards, make sure you have more money than your opponent. Simply tap a card to use it! Don't forget about red cards, you can reduce your opponent stack by using them, but so can do your opponent so be careful.
